Its easy to take away that rattle sound.
Remove the tank, losen the speedo and put some rubber insolation on the bolts inside the springs, what cause the ratteling is the springs going to the bolts, mine only start this buzzing sound when the tank was nearly empty or half empty.
I promise that this will work if you are shore the sounds come from the speedo, try and put a hand on the speddo when you here this sound, if it stops this is the problem.
